Overview

We're pleased to announce that this year's VISUAL User Education Conference will be held on October 25th through 28th focusing on VISUAL features and capabilities to help you improve your business performance. Last year’s conference generated very positive feedback, and suggestions for enhancing this year’s conference. Based on the feedback we received, we have made several enhancements to the conference to make it as educational and constructive as possible. In a time when most companies are looking to achieve more results with limited resources, we want every attendee to walk away with additional knowledge that will empower them to improve their business effectiveness and productivity. Conference enhancements include:

90 minute workshops have been added to provide more time for further instruction on the use and application of features to common business needs.
An additional day of workshops (3 days total) to ensure there is enough time to accommodate longer class times.
Workshop sessions will in many cases include handouts that outline the procedures and exercises covered for reference back in the office.
Extended breaks to enable more one-on-one consulting with Synergy Resources and collaboration with other users.

For less than the price of one day of consulting, attendees will be provided instruction on the use of new and existing VISUAL functions spanning manufacturing operations, financial and business management, customer management, quality, reporting and technical performance tuning topics. As your exclusive VISUAL affiliate professional services organization, we're pleased to host this educational conference completely dedicated to the VISUAL product line.

With this year’s conference being held at the Providence Marriott Downtown, in Providence, Rhode Island, it provides a central location for many to drive to the event. We think you’ll find that this conference provides a rare opportunity to enhance the utilization of your Infor ERP VISUAL system. Registration is now open, with an introductory early bird price of $1,150, available until July 3rd. Standard early bird pricing is $1,300 up until September 4th and $1,500 thereafter. This year’s conference fee includes:

Reception on Sunday, breakfast, lunch and snacks on Monday, breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner/event on Tuesday and full breakfast buffet on Wednesday.

Hotel Accomodations

The conference is being held at Providence Marriott Downtown, located in historic Providence, Rhode Island. Your conference fee includes three nights hotel accommodation during the conference. Complimentary parking and internet access is available to all guests.

Guests arriving prior to the start of the conference or remaining after the conclusion will be extended a rate of $159.00 per room plus tax, per night, based on availability. Your 3 nights accomodation during the conference (Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday night) will be arranged by Synergy Resources, however extended stay arrangements must be made directly with the hotel. Opening Keynote: Motivating and Influencing – Secrets From Insiders Monday 8:30 - 9:30am Resli Costabell, award-winning international speaker, trainer and coach
